Molly Zaw came to Ward Black Law in 2022 and currently serves as the Intake Manager. Molly helps process the intakes that come to the firm, communicating with clients to receive needed information, etc. Her position serves as a central hub that distributes information to the correct departments in the firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Molly had an extensive background in customer service. She previously worked in the accounting department for a large hotel and convention center in the Greensboro area. She was responsible for the hotel’s groups accounting. She cares about the details of people’s lives and loves the opportunity to make people feel heard. When asked what she likes about Ward Black Law, she says, “Being part of the family, easygoing, everyone is the same. My work is appreciated and there is no judgment.” She believes strongly in working hard and getting the job done right.
Molly grew up in a small town with a large family. Family means the world to her. She loves dining out, trying different foods, traveling, learning about different cultures, meeting new people, and enjoying life. You may also often find her going to the movies or hanging out with her friends. Her favorite quote is, “Don’t judge a book by its cover.”
