Stop taking anything containing this Phenylpropanolamine (PPA). It has been linked to increased hemorrhagic stroke (bleeding in brain) and other serious problems, particularly in women. Problems were not found in men, but the FDA recommends that EVERYONE (even children) seek alternative medicine.
