effexorxrEffexor®, an anti-depressant manufactured by Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (now owned by Pfizer, Inc.), is used to treat depression, anxiety and other mood disorders.  We are evaluating cases for children born with birth defects that were exposed prenatally to the drug.  We are specifically looking at cases where the child has a diagnosis of cardiac defects, craniosynostosis (premature fusion of 1 or more cranial sutures, often resulting in an abnormal head shape), club foot, cleft lip or palate, anal atresia (congenital condition in which the opening of the anus is absent or obstructed) or neural tube defects.

If your child was born with a birth defect and you took Effexor while pregnant, please call us at 1-800-531-9191 or email us at info@wardblacklaw.com for a free consultation.
