Free Case Review!S. Camille Payton Co-authors Latest Edition of the North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Manual
Attorney S. Camille Payton of Ward Black Law in Greensboro with Tracey Jones of Teague, Campbell, Dennis and Gorham of Raleigh is the editor for the second edition of the North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Manual. The two attorneys volunteered their time in order to get the updated manual to press for which the members of the CLE department are grateful.
The Manual is comprised of both official forms and forms authored by the attorneys and paralegals who use them. The book is laid out for the experienced practitioner as well as those new to the field. Users are encouraged to refer regularly to the Industrial Commission website for updates and changes to the regulations.
The book is published and can be purchased through the North Carolina Bar Association Foundation’s Continuing Legal Education Department. The manual is available in printed form and is accompanied by a CD version of the same information for convenient reference.
