We also alleged that the Speedway failed to properly inspect the bridge where inspections would have revealed rust spots and cracking in the bridge would have alerted the Speedway that the bridge was not safe.

When the woman discovered she was paid less than her male counterpart and brought the matter to the Executive Director’s attention, he told her she could quit if she did not like the situation.

Janet Ward Black represented the estate of a 28- year-old mother of two, a Hospice worker, who was tragically killed by a drunk driver, Rob Moroso, who was a NASCAR “Rookie of the Year.” Moroso was also killed in the wreck.
