Paul Daniels
Paul Daniels comes to Ward Black Law with over 13 years on the defense side of the litigation process. Most recently he was a partner with Teague Rotenstreich Stanaland Fox & Holt, PLLC where he practiced for more than10 years. He has extensive experience in insurance litigation, including liability and coverage. He has extensive experience practicing in Federal Courts, North Carolina Appellate Courts. His experience defending insurance companies gives Paul a unique perspective in representing Ward Black Law clients in personal injury matters.
Paul is a veteran of the United States Army and graduated summa cum laude with an undergraduate degree in Economics from Methodist College in Fayetteville, NC. He earned a Masters degree at North Carolina State in Technology for International Development and graduated with Honors in the top 20% of his class from George Mason University School of Law in 1997.
He has served his community since 2008 as a member of the Guilford County School Board representing District 5 in the third largest school district in North Carolina. He also is a member of the Greensboro Kiwanis Club and volunteers as Upward basketball coach.
