A native of Anchorage, Alaska, David graduated from Auburn University and the University of Alabama School of Law before practicing law in Greensboro. At Ward Black, David litigates product liability cases with a focus on asbestos litigation. Prior to practicing law David spent nine years working in Alaska’s commercial fishing industry both at sea and in land based production plants. His past work experience has given David an appreciation for the difficult work conditions that face North Carolina’s pipe fitters, insulators, welders, electricians, and other skilled laborers. David is especially pleased to be able to offer help to those exposed to harmful products during the course of their work.
