Ketek
Ketek®, or telithromycin, is an antibiotic commonly used to treat an array of lung and sinus conditions, including pneumonia, bronchitis, and sinus infections. According to the FDA, three people have suffered liver damage as a result of taking Ketek®. Each of these people developed jaundice, a serious liver condition. All three had been in good health and had not been taking any other medications. Of the three, two have died.
