Advanced Bionics HiRes90K or Clarion II Cochlear Implants

California-based Advanced Bionics Corporation manufactures cochlear implants for young children and adults.  Recipients may have received "Important Notification" letters from Advanced Bionics warning them of potential moisture-related failure of the internal component of their implant or an internal magnet laser-weld defect.
